Sandile Mbhamali is a qualified Chartered Secretary and registered to practice as an Accountant in Swaziland and South Africa.
Mbhamali currently sits in the board of directors of the Chattered Institute of Secretaries Southern African and represents the country as branch chairman.
He is a lecturer of Corporate Governance in one of the country‘s higher learning centers called INSTITUTE OF DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMNT. Mbhamali also pioneered the introduction of Swaziland’s first Beneficiary services industry in Swaziland’s First Beneficiary known as Likhwane Beneficiary Services.
Being a member of the Chartered Institute of Secretaries and administrators Mbhamali is a high level professional administrator, alert to change, strong on people skills and thoroughly disciplined. As a chartered Secretary he has the ability to communicate clearly with a range of senior officials and other stakeholders including board of directors, customers, Bankers, Brokers, Taxation and state officials.
